Continued service as normal
All of our team are now working from home and we continue to serve all our clients with the same diligence and dedication as normal. Due to our risk management processes, robust technology and secure systems, we are comfortable that our team are equipped to deliver reports to the original deadlines. We ask clients to continue to communicate via their account manager, who will manage the process of updating the relevant members of the design and production teams.
What might change this week?
With the country going into official lockdown, inevitably the process of producing reports will change (with processes such as proof sign-offs needing to be completed virtually). Loading of large files is slightly slower than normal, a result of the greater strain on the country’s digital infrastructure. We will continue to do our best to deliver when we say we will, but trust you will bear with us if there are occasional delays.
Working as a team
We have found the situation has created a great sense of collaboration between our teams and our clients with the heightened importance of shared communication. With new flexibility offered by the regulators, we ask clients to update their account manager as soon as realistically possible regarding any changes in deadlines and schedules.
