Illuminating changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code

We will be hosting a special breakfast session with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC), focusing on the recent updates to the UK Corporate Governance Code. This interactive, in-person event will provide a comprehensive overview of the key changes and the impact on businesses.

Along with an overview of the Code changes. The FRC will update on proposed changes mentioned in His Majesty the King’s speech, such as modernising the Government’s authority and enhancing transparency and integrity in the UK’s corporate governance, financial reporting and audit.

At the event, we will also launch our ‘Governance Matters’ Publication, a review of the FTSE 350 governance reporting and early Code adoption, packed with the latest examples from leading reporters.
