We are delighted to announce that Rachel Madan is joining the Luminous leadership team to develop our growing Sustainability & Impact offer.
Rachel has extensive experience of developing strategies and communications with impact for clients at every stage of their sustainability journey, having built a successful career in a number of senior roles working with clients as varied as the world’s largest law firm, the world’s largest private-sector development bank and the world’s most visited contemporary art gallery.
Rachel offers strategic counsel on organisations’ material impacts, their alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the implications of reporting against GRI, CDP, the UN Global Compact and other frameworks. She helps clients develop and implement science-based carbon targets, sustainability strategies and communication campaigns.
Rachel is a seasoned leader with extensive global experience. She holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics as well as a Bachelors in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Rochester, New York. She is also a published author and experienced keynote speaker.
