Lucy joins Luminous as a seasoned sustainability consultant with over nine years’ experience advising leading businesses and civil society organisations globally on sustainability and impact strategy, strategic communications, stakeholder relations, and corporate reputation management. Lucy most recently held the position of Senior Account Director at Flag, where she led complex accounts for clients in various sectors, such as food, commodities, healthcare, transport, tech, publishing, and civil society.
Lucy is a skilled partner with clients and teams, bringing a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a focus on driving results. She has a deep understanding of sustainability challenges and priorities in diverse sectors and holds a BSc in Biology from Imperial College London. Lucy also completed the Sustainable Business Management Programme with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Working closely with Sustainability & Impact Director Rachel Madan, Lucy will help to strengthen and grow our strategic offer to clients and lead our research and insights programme.
