Luminous invests in digital engagement

The appointment of James Croxford as the new Director of Digital Engagement at Luminous is a significant step towards strengthening the rapidly expanding digital offer.


James brings a wealth of experience in digital strategy and leadership, having previously served as the Director of Consulting for the UK and Europe at Investis Digital. 


At Investis, James headed up the Digital Strategy and Insights team, working with some of the world’s most prominent companies across multiple sectors. In the eight years he spent there he led major digital projects for clients including Rolls-Royce, Syngenta, British Land, Jardine Matheson, RS Group, Anglo American and ArcelorMittal. 


Prior to joining Investis in 2014, James worked as a Client Partner and Digital Consultant for Addison Group, where he engaged with corporate stakeholders at all levels to understand their business and audience objectives, developing digital comms strategies for companies including Tullow Oil, Perfetti Van Melle, Greene King and Dignity. 


James will be responsible for leading Luminous' digital engagement efforts, including developing and delivering multi-channel digital strategies for clients across Luminous’ three core business areas of Sustainability & Impact, Investor Engagement & ESG and Brand and Purpose & Culture.


With his expertise in digital strategy and leadership, James will a make significant contribution to Luminous’ digital capabilities and the continuation of its rapid growth.
