Luminous launches Recharge Days wellbeing initiative

As part of our commitment to prioritising the mental health and wellbeing of our employees, we have unveiled our latest initiative, Recharge Days, during Mental Health Awareness Week.

Every employee at Luminous has been granted an additional four days of leave. This gesture is not only intended to express gratitude for the hard work and dedication demonstrated by the team but also to provide employees with much-needed time to relax and recharge.

Mental Health Awareness Week is a time for all of us to think about mental health, tackle stigma, and find out how we can create a society that prevents mental health problems from developing and protect our mental well-being.

Luminous recognises the importance of mental health and understands that employees need time to prioritise their well-being. By introducing Recharge Days, we aim to create an environment that encourages individuals to care for their mental health and seek a healthy work-life balance.

The introduction of Recharge Days aligns with Luminous' ongoing efforts to prioritise employee mental health and create a supportive workplace environment. While launched during Mental Health Awareness Week, we acknowledge the importance of embracing mental health awareness throughout the year.

To continue our ongoing commitment, we have also launched our Wellness and Social committee to prioritise employees’ engagement, morale and happiness across the organisation.
