In response to our increased consultancy work with FTSE 350, Small Cap and AIM 100 businesses, Nina Kefer and Sarah Roper have joined our stakeholder engagement team.
With 17 years' experience in stakeholder engagement, Nina joins us from Makinson Cowell, a leading independent equity capital markets advisor to FTSE 350 businesses. Her primary focus there was capital markets research, which has given her a comprehensive understanding of the institutional investment landscape, ESG reporting and frameworks, stewardship and governance.
Sarah holds two first-class Masters degrees in Geography, and Environment and Development. She was formerly Sustainability Manager at Mercato Metropolitano, London's first sustainable community food market.
Stephen Butler, Director of Stakeholder Engagement, commented: "I'm really excited to have Nina and Sarah on board as Stakeholder Engagement Consultant and Junior Stakeholder Engagement Consultant. Their combined skills and experience will bolster our team's ability to keep delivering quality insights and thought leadership. Nina and Sarah will work very closely with myself, as well as Harriet Rumball, Senior Stakeholder Engagement Consultant."
Nina said: "I believe that the increasing focus on ESG represents an opportunity for companies and their stakeholders to become a force for good. I look forward to working with the team and using the insights I've gained to help our clients navigate this challenge.”
Sarah added: "I was drawn to Luminous because I care about sustainability and it looked like Luminous did too. With a desire to make companies more responsible and accountable for their actions in the face of a climate emergency, the role was a perfect marriage of my skills and personal goals."
