Kay joins from an Investor Engagement and Communications background with over 18 year’s experience in the industry, with corporate reporting, public relations and financial services experience. Kay most recently held the position of Senior Investor Engagement Consultant at Radley Yeldar, where she advised clients on effective sustainability and investor engagement strategies, lead pitches for new business and ensured clients were compliant with ever-changing financial reporting and sustainability regulations.
Working closely with Stephen Butler our Investor Engagement and ESG Director and our wider strategy team, Kay will help strengthen and deliver our strategic offer to clients and contribute to our research and insight work.

Paris Mudan joins Kay Kayachith as another strategic hire in the Investor Engagement and ESG team as an ESG expert, specialising in environmental science and corporate responsibility. Paris joins from Sqaurewell Partners, where he was a Responsible Investment Analyst and lead on ESG insight and analysis and provided strategic advisory.
Working closely with Stephen Butler, Paris will support our Investor Engagement and ESG offer delivering investor insights and advice to our wide range of clients.
